2 Days Cappadocia Tour from Nevsehir or Kayseri Airport

With this 2-day excursion in Cappadocia from Nevsehir or Kayseri Airport, you can expect to visit the region’s most famous and important sites! For the purposes of this tour, we will pick you up from the nearby airports of Nevsehir or Kayseri. Please note that your arrival should be prior 8:30am. A professional guide will welcome you in a comfortable bus, and your tour begins! During the first day, you can expect to visit Devrent Valley, where the imposing rocks look like animals or objects. In Avanos town, you will visit a pottery workshop in order to unfold this long tradition, that the area is famous for. Expect, also, to visit Goreme Open Air Museum. The key attractions of this site are the churches and monasteries that are carved into rocks. Some of them, have well-preserved frescoes, which you can observe while listening to the guide’s descriptions. After watching the stunning views from Uchisar Castle, you will be transferred to a hotel to spend the night.

On the second day, in the early morning hours, you may opt for a hot air balloon flight, at an extra cost. After breakfast at the hotel, the tour begins with a visit at Red Valley. The stunning rocks and fairy chimneys have a charming red colour. From Gulludere Valley, you will get the best panoramic views over the infamous Cappadocia valleys. A stop is, also, scheduled at the abandoned village of Cavusin, where you can see houses carved into rocks. On the second day, expect to visit the Pigeon Valley, and spot the charming pigeons’ nests on the majestic rock formations. The last stop of the day takes place at Kaymakli underground city. This impressive construction has 8 floors, and multiple rooms to explore. In the afternoon, we will drive you back to the airport, in order to catch your flight, and continue your vacations in Turkey.
